HOW THE WEBSHOP WORKS
Once you have ordered and paid for your goods at staging-bocopenhagen.kinsta.cloud, you will receive an e-mail from BCOPENHAGEN confirming the receipt of your online payment, details of your order and delivery, provided that you submitted a correct e-mail address when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that all the goods ordered are available in our inventory at all times but we will ship them as soon as possible.
The invoice will be sent by email after the product is shipped. It applies as your receipt and warranty card. It is not possible to see the bill through our website. If you want to get a new copy of the invoice, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number applied.
All prices are stated in DKK or EUR, inclusive of all applicable taxes. BCOPENHAGEN does not offer VAT refunds for orders placed online at staging-bocopenhagen.kinsta.cloud. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charges are set out in the section Shipping and Handling.
– Credit/debit cards
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and JCB. Your credit/debit card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. You will not be charged for the goods until they have been shipped. In Denmark we also accept MobilePay in our webshop – not in our physical stores.
We do not offer VAT refunds for orders placed online at staging-bocopenhagen.kinsta.cloud. The price applicable is the price set out next to the product in question on the website on the date of ordering.
FREE DELIVERY OR IN STORE PICK UP
WEB ORDER DELIVERY
BCOPENHAGEN offers free delivery on all orders above 75€ (500 DKK) in all EU countries.
– Times of delivery
We strive to deliver within 1-2 working days in Denmark and 2-3 working days outside Denmark, but the usual time of delivery depends on the address of delivery.
– Liability for late delivery
BOCOPENHAGEN makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If BOCOPENHAGEN does not deliver the goods within the estimated timescales, you should request BOCOPENHAGEN to make the delivery within an additional period of time which in the circumstances is appropriate. If BOCOPENHAGEN fails to deliver the goods within that additional period of time, you are entitled to terminate the contract.
– Liability for damage during transport
BOCOPENHAGEN carries the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods.
If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation, you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until BOCOPENHAGEN has taken physical possession of the goods.
IN STORE PICK UP: FALKONER ALLE 7
If you wish to pick up your order in our store at Frederiksberg, you are more than welcome. We will send an email with your digital invoice when your item is ready for pickup. For pickup please show the receipt and photo ID. Ordered goods must be picked up within 7 working days, after which the order will be canceled.
BEOVISION, BEOSOUND & BEOLAB PRODUCTS
When purchasing Beovision*, Beosound* and Beolab products in our store, delivery to a Danish address will be included in the price of the product. After that, any installation and materials will be charged on a separate invoice after consumption. Hourly rate for our installer is 799, – DKK incl. VAT.
Delivery outside Denmark is not included in the price. We will send a freight quotation.
*For Beovision Horizon, Beosound A1 2nd Gen, Beosound 1, Beosound 2, Beosound Core, Beosound Edge, Beosound Stage and Beosound Balance same shipping as web order products applies.
RETURN & REPAIR
We hope you are satisfied and happy with your order and BEOPLAY product. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within thirty (30) days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
The cooling-off period will expire after thirty (30) days from the date on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. In the event of different goods ordered in one order, but delivered separately, the period is calculated from the date when the last goods are in your possession.
To exercise the cooling-off right you must inform BOCOPENHAGEN of your decision to cancel this contract by an explicit statement. You can do this by writing an email to email@example.com.
To observe the cooling-off period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication to firstname.lastname@example.org concerning your cooling-off right before the cooling-off period has expired. Returning of the goods must be made no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which you notified us that you decided to exercise the cooling-off right.
Please return the goods to the following address: Bang & Olufsen Frederiksberg, Falkoner Allé 7, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark. For web orders within Denmark we offer free return. Note: no free return is offered on Beoplay A9 and Beosound Edge. Contact us by email and you will receive a return label on e-mail – See the links below for the nearest delivery point for return packages. Return package must contain either the original invoice or a copy of the invoice.
When you return a purchased product, it must be in the same condition as when received. Labels, etc. must not be removed from the product, and it is important that the product is securely packed. Note: For hygiene products such as our headphones: in-ear, on-ear and over-ear, a fracture of the seal will result in a depreciation equal to 20% of the purchase price.
If you choose to use your cooling-off-right, the refund will happen as soon as possible and latest 8-10 business days after we have received the product and had the opportunity to examine it. The money will be deposited into your account.

REPAIR POLICY (WARRANTY SERVICE)
The Bang & Olufsen warranty depend on the product in scope and when the product was purchased. In the following you can read and if needed download the Limited Warranty that applies to your product. Bang & Olufsen products carry a full warranty for the period specified. For products belonging to the series Beoplay (except Beoplay A9 mk4), Beolit, Earphones, Headphones, Earset or product Beosound A1 2nd Gen the warranty is 2 years (download here). For all other Bang & Olufsen products the warranty is 3 years (download here). The guarantee applies from the date of purchase by the first customer. Warranty repairs are performed by Bang & Olufsen.

General Terms & Conditions
1. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, model and serial no.of the product. BOCOPENHAGEN reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product.
2. BOCOPENHAGEN’s obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
3. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Bang & Olufsen. In order to claim a repair under the warranty, the purchaser is referred to our return service to create a ticket, whereupon the product will be picked up by UPS at the address stated in the ticket. When the product is received by Bang & Olufsen the product will be either repaired or if a repair is not possible a new product will be send to the address stated in the ticket. All transport expenses will be paid for by Bang & Olufsen as part of the warranty.
Bang & Olufsen shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.
4. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be full filled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.
5. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
If the item is damaged or there are deficiencies upon receipt of the item, please immediately contact us at tel. +45 71 999 888. We would like to ask that you keep the packaging and help us by taking a picture of the received packet and email us with your order number. It facilitates the expedition considerably. Then we will consider whether the product should be repaired, replaced or whether to grant a discount.
If the goods must be returned to BOCOPENHAGEN, you can either send the goods by mail or appear in person at the above address and submit the product. The product will be returned to us at the purchaser’s expense, and after the error is corrected we return the product to the customer at our expense.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have seen the mistake or should have discovered the error in a regular review of the product. You can complaint in writing or orally. Two years after receipt of the goods terminates the right to complaint, unless otherwise agreed. Vandalism, misuse, abuse, modifications, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
Note: BOCOPENHAGEN ApS must be contacted before returning.
By submitting products where specified errors or defects can not be covered by warranty, we will charge a fee of 25€ incl. VAT. Additionally, you will be charged shipping costs.
Any complaints will be handled by our customer service in accordance with the relevant national legislation.
You can complain to BOCOPENHAGEN by the means mentioned in the section “How to contact BOCOPENHAGEN”.

Reservations are made regarding typing errors, goods sold out, and circumstances beyond BOCOPENHAGEN’s reasonable control.
