The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in our stores in Frederiksberg and Vedbæk. You are dealing with:

PRICES

All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors, price changes and sold-out items, and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

PAYMENT

You can pay with the following cards: American Express, Dankort, Mastercard, Visa & Visa Electron as well as MobilePay and financing via SparXpres.

Betalingsmetoder - BOCOPENHAGEN

You will not be charged for the goods until they have been picked up/are ready to be shipped.

As soon as we have received your purchase request, we will send you an email with your reservation details. This is your assurance that your request has gone through and will contain the total payment amount and a reservation number. You will then be contacted by a member of our sales team on weekdays between 10:00-17:00 and Saturdays between 10:00-14:00 regarding any requests regarding your purchase request. Be it delivery/collection date, possible installation of your new Bang & Olufsen product, payment or financing, gift wrapping, etc.

It is not possible to view the invoice afterwards via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the invoice by email, please send an email to 2000@bcopenhagen.dk with your reservation number.

The price is the price listed next to the item in question on the website on the reservation date.

INSTORE PICKUP OR SHIPPING

PICKUP AT FALKONER ALLE 7 OR VEDBÆK STATIONSVEJ 17

If you would like to pick up your order in our store in Frederiksberg or Vedbæk, you are more than welcome to do so. We will send you an email when your item is ready for pickup. Payment for your item will be made in the store at the time of pickup, and please bring your reservation number with you.

SHIPPING OF NOT PREVIOUSLY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

We are always happy to help you ship your order. Please contact us to find out more about your options.

Your order will be shipped with GLS (Denmark) or UPS (abroad) and will be delivered during the daytime – generally within 1-2 working days* in Denmark and 2-3 working days outside Denmark after payment has been received. You can track your package at any time via a track and trace number, which you will receive in an email from us. In the unlikely event of any problems or delays in connection with the delivery, you will be notified by email or phone.

If it is possible to receive the goods at a business address, we recommend that you fill in the fields for a different delivery address. Similarly, if you are not at home to receive your delivery, please fill in the fields for other delivery address or choose a delivery point close to your home.

SHIPPING OF PREVIOUSLY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, REMAINDERS, DEMOMODELS OR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.

For these items, we will always help you with a shipping price. Contact us for a quote on shipping to a Danish or foreign address.

BEOVISION & BEOLAB PRODUCTS

When purchasing Beovision and Beolab products in our store, delivery to a Danish address is included in the price of the product. After this, any installation and materials will be invoiced on a separate invoice according to consumption. The hourly rate for our installer is DKK 900,- incl. VAT.

For deliveries outside Denmark, shipping is not included.

* BCOPENHAGEN can ship orders on all working days. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please be aware of this when ordering on weekends. For example, if you order your item on a Saturday, your order will be shipped on the next working day, which is Monday.

Note: Beovision and Beolab products are non-returnable.

Note: There is no return policy on ordered and delivered products.

EXHIBITION MODELS

Please note: There is no return policy on display models.

BEOPLAY, BEOLIT & BEOSOUND PRODUCTS

Note: Extended return policy until January 6 for all items purchased in November/December .

When you shop with us, you have 30 days full return policy on all unbroken and unused Beoplay and Beosound products. The only exceptions are special order products, Beosound Theater and Beosound Shape. If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify your withdrawal – please do this by sending an email to 2000@bcopenhagen.dk. Returns are at the buyer’s own expense, and the item must be returned within 30 days after you have notified your withdrawal to the following address: Bang & Olufsen Frederiksberg, Falkoner Allé 7, 2000 Frederiksberg. The return package should contain either the original invoice or a copy of it.

When returning a purchased item, it must be in the same unopened condition as when you received it. Labels etc. must not have been removed from the item and it is important that the item is securely wrapped. If this is not the case, a return will not be possible.

Refund of the purchase price will be made as soon as possible and no later than 8-10 business days after we have received the item and had the opportunity to examine it. The money will be credited to your account.

REPAIR

BCOPENHAGEN’S REPAIR POLICY (WARRANTY SERVICE)

The Bang & Olufsen warranty depends on the scope of use of the product and when the product was purchased. In the following you can read and, if necessary, download the limited warranty that applies to your product.

Bang & Olufsen products are fully warranted for the specified period depending on the product. The warranty covers from 2 – 5 years and is valid from the date of order by the first customer. Warranty repairs are carried out by Bang & Olufsen.

To claim a repair on a Beoplay product, please go to Return Service, print a return label and the product will be picked up by UPS at the address indicated on the return label.

Once the product is received by Bang & Olufsen, the product will either be repaired or if a repair is not possible, a new product will be sent back to the address provided. All transportation costs will be paid by Bang & Olufsen as part of the warranty.

For Beosound, Beovision and Beolab products, please visit our store in Frederiksberg, Denmark. Please present the purchase invoice/proof of warranty.

COMPLAINTS

If the product is damaged or if there are defects upon receipt of the product, please contact us immediately on tel. +45 71 999 888. Please save the packaging and help us by taking a picture of the received package and emailing it to us with your order number. This will make the expedition much easier. We will then decide whether the item should be repaired, exchanged or whether a discount should be given.

If the item needs to be returned to BCOPENHAGEN, you can either send the item by post or come in person to the above address and hand in the item. The item will be returned to us at the buyer’s expense, after the error has been corrected, the item will be returned to the customer at our expense.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or should have discovered the defect in an ordinary inspection of the goods. You can make a complaint in writing or orally. Two years after receipt of the goods, the right to complain pursuant to section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act expires, unless otherwise agreed. Vandalism, misuse, misuse, incorrect operation, modifications or the like are not covered by the right of complaint.

Note BCOPENHAGEN ApS must be contacted prior to return.

When returning products where the stated defects cannot be covered by a complaint, we will charge a fee of DKK 200.00 incl. VAT. In addition, you will be charged the shipping costs.
